Heavenly Hash Browns

  1. Separate the thawed potatoes.
  2. Mix together the onion, soup and sour cream and toss with potatoes.
  3. Fold in cheese, chives, pepper and salt.
  4. Mix crumbs and melted butter and spread over mixture.
  5. Bake, uncovered, in a greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch or 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 to 60 minutes at 350u0b0 or until done.
