Peas Corn Pudding Recipe
- 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 tbsp. corn oil
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tbsp. finely minced onion
- 1 (1 pound 1 ounce.) can (2 c.) cream style corn
- 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 c. scalded lowfat milk
- Paprika
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 10 ounce. grated frzn peas
- Mix all ingredients together except paprika.
- Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt baking dish.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Set in pan of warm water and bake in 350 degree (moderate) oven till knife inserted in center of pudding comes out clean, about 1 hour and 10 min.
- Makes about 6 servings.
