Peas Corn Pudding Recipe

• 3 Large eggs, slightly beaten
• 3 tbsp. corn oil
• 1 tbsp. sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 tbsp. finely minced onion
• 1 (1 pound 1 ounce.) can (2 c.) cream style corn
• 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
• 1 c. scalded lowfat milk
• Paprika
• 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
• 10 ounce. grated frzn peas

1. Mix all ingredients together except paprika.
2. Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt baking dish.
3. Sprinkle with paprika.
4. Set in pan of warm water and bake in 350 degree (moderate) oven till knife inserted in center of pudding comes out clean, about 1 hour and 10 min.
5. Makes about 6 servings.
