Chicken Cashew Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onion, snow peas and celery in butter.
  2. Combine onion, snow peas, celery, chicken, cashews, soup and broth; place in casserole dish.
  3. Store covered in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Before baking sprinkle noodles over the top.
  5. Bake 30 min at 375 degrees.
  6. Makes 8 servings.
  7. Nutritional information per serving: 243 calories, 704 milligrams sodium, 13 grams fat; 23 grams carbohydrates.
  8. Freezes well.
  9. Note: If you're planning on freezing a portion of this, don't put Chinese noodles on when baking.
  10. Just serve them at the table.
  11. I serve this with rice.
