Our Family's Milk Kanten Jello with Condensed Milk
- 200 ml Water
- 300 ml Milk
- 50 grams Sugar
- 4 grams Powdered kanten
- 1 tbsp Condensed milk
- 1 Condensed milk for topping
- In a pot, bring the water, kanten, and sugar to a boil for about 2 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add the milk and condensed milk.
- Pour into a plastic container and cool in the refrigerator until set.
- Cut into bite-sized pieces and top with condensed milk.
- Add 1 teaspoon of instant coffee to the liquid mixture to turn these into cubes of cafe au lait jello.
