Amazing Melon Wedge

• 1 honeydew melon
• 1 pkg. (10.1 g) Jell-O No Sugar Added Strawberry Jelly Powder

1. Cut melon lengthwise in half; scoop out seeds.
2. Drain melon halves well.
3. Meanwhile, prepare jelly as directed on package following the Quick Set Method.
4. Place 1 melon half, cut-side up, in each of two bowls.
5. Fill centres with jelly.
6. Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
7. Cut each melon half into three wedges to serve.
