Fish Soup(Fiskesuppe)

  1. Cook vegetables in saucepan about 10 minutes or until tender with water to cover.
  2. Reserve.
  3. At same time, put fish in another saucepan with water to cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes.
  4. Remove and keep hot.
  5. Reserve liquid.
  6. Combine all liquids, including cooked vegetables and butter.
  7. Mix flour with some of milk and add to liquids.
  8. Add remaining spices and cook over low heat, simmering 10 to 15 minutes.
  9. Add fish, parsley and chives before serving.
