Chicken 'N Bows Recipe
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. pepper, minced
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 2 envelopes Lipton cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 6 ounce. Bow pasta or possibly egg noodles
- 8 ounce. boneless chicken, cut in strips
- 1/2 c. frzn peas
- In large skillet heat butter and cook chicken with red pepper for 3 min.
- Stir in peas and Parmesan cheese and garlic pwdr.
- Combine soup with lowfat milk.
- Add in to skillet.
- Simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 min or possibly till thickened and heated.
- Toss with warm pasta.
