Kanya's Squids and Beans
- 1 some carrot ,bell pepper dice to color the dish
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp vegetables oil
- 1/2 tsp pepeper
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 teaspoon
- 1 tsp black soy sauce
- 3 yard long bean ,sliced ...or green bean you have ,chop
- 200 grams squids,fresh or frozen ( leave to room temperature )
- 3 clove garlic
- 8 hot chili
- 1 red pepper
- 1 bunch hot basils
- Crush garlic,chili ,stir in vegetable oil on medium heat
- Add in squids and beans ,seasoning,stir..or toss pan ,left this 3 mins,let squids and beans cook
- To high heat ,add red peppers sliced ,some carrots for color ,hot basil,toss pan or stir to mix ,heat off
carrot, soya sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, vegetables oil, pepeper, sugar, soy sauce, long bean, squids, clove garlic, red pepper, hot basils
