Hot Artichoke, Caramelized Onion and Bacon Dip
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1 sweet onion, coarsely chopped
- 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 1 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 1 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 4 slices fully cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 green onion, sliced
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Heat oil in small skillet on medium heat.
- Add sweet onions; cook 12 to 15 min.
- or until tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Add all remaining ingredients except green onions; mix well.
- Spoon into shallow ovenproof dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
- or until hot and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with green onions.
