Jamaican Jerk Rub

• 14 cup habanero sauce, plus
• 2 tablespoons habanero sauce
• 3 scallions, minced
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoons ground allspice
• 2 teaspoons kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1. Mix all ingrediants to a paste.
2. Slash meat of choice and rub paste all over.
