Pork Tail In BBQ Sauce

• 1 small cinnamon stlcK
• 3 small star anis
• 2 cup any BBQ sauce
• 1/2 cup water
• 2 large oxtail or pig tail

1. in pan with oil brown pigtail with cinnamon stick and star anise
2. add bbq sauce and mix well then add water bring to a boil
3. transfer to preasure cooker on high for 30 minute
4. put on baking tray and bake at 160 C for 15 minute till sauce thicken then serve
