PHILADELPHIA 3-STEP Caramel Apple Cheesecake
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
- 2 eggs
- 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
- 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Salted Peanuts Rite Aid Buy 1 Get 1 Free thru 02/06
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Add juice concentrate; mix well.
- Add eggs; beat just until blended.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
- Cool.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
- Drizzle with topping and sprinkle with peanuts just before serving.
- Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
