PHILADELPHIA 3-STEP Caramel Apple Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  3. Add juice concentrate; mix well.
  4. Add eggs; beat just until blended.
  5. Pour into crust.
  6. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
  7. Cool.
  8. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
  9. Drizzle with topping and sprinkle with peanuts just before serving.
  10. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
