Stuffed Pocket Bread

  1. Fry ground beef and drain.
  2. Saute onion and bell pepper for 5 minutes.
  3. Add hamburger, salt, pepper, garlic, chile powder and tomato sauce.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Saute for 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Stuff pocket bread with meat and some of the shredded cheese.
  7. Place in baking dish.
  8. After all pockets are stuffed, pour remaining cheese over top and cover with foil.
  9. Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 25 minutes. Serve with 2 slices of cucumbers and sour cream on top of each pocket.
