Southwestern Steak Pizza
- 2 cups frozen corn, thawed, well drained
- 4 each prepared Pizza Dough (1-lb. balls)
- 2 cups A.1. Gourmet Sauce, Orange Chipotle
- - Chihuahua cheese, shredded, divided Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- - grilled medium-rare boneless beef strip steaks, very thinly sliced
- 2 cups canned black beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 cup canned mild green chiles, drained
- 1-1/3 cups avocados, chopped Whole Foods 5 ea For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 3/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Ranch Dressing (FS)
- Cook corn in heavy skillet on medium-high heat until golden brown, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat; set aside.
- Roll out each ball of dough on lightly floured surface to 14-inch circle; dock evenly with fork.
- Place on pizza screens.
- Bake in 400 degrees F-convection oven 3 to 4 min.
- or until crusts are crisp and lightly browned.
- Spread 1/2 cup sauce onto each crust; top with 1/4 cup (1 oz.)
- cheese.
- Top evenly with meat, beans, corn, chilies and remaining cheese.
- Bake 2 to 3 min.
- or until toppings are heated through and cheese is melted.
- Top with avocados, cilantro and dressing.
