Fight Summer Fatigue! Our Pork, Chive, and Egg Stir-Fry

  1. Dust the pork with katakuriko and saute in a pan.
  2. Once the pork is browned, add the chives (cut into bite-sized pieces) and continue sauteing.
  3. Push the ingredients to the edges of the pan, and pour the beaten egg in the center.
  4. While frying the egg, incorporate the surrounding ingredients.
  5. Add Chinese flavoring and soy sauce to taste.
  6. Arrange on a platter and serve.
