Apple And Sausage Polenta Recipe
- 8 ounce bulk pork sausage
- 3 sm green apples peeled, cored, and coarsely minced
- 2/3 c. maple syrup
- 1 pkt Buitoni polenta mix - (6.6 ounce)
- Cook sausage in medium skillet, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 6 min or possibly till no longer ppink.
- Remove from skillet; drain.
- Add in apples and 2/3 c. syrup to skillet; cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 5 min or possibly till apples are tender.
- Prepare polenta mix according to package directions; transfer to large bowl.
- Stir in sausage and apples; serve hot with maple syrup.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
