Delicious Meatballs And Brown Gravy
- 3 lb. ground beef
- 2 lb. bulk breakfast sausage
- 1 c. diced onions (sweet)
- 1 c. green pepper (bell)
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 large eggs (raw)
- 1/2 c. Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1/4 c. black pepper
- 1 stack Premium saltine crackers
- 1/4 c. Italian seasoning (optional)
- Thoroughly mix all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and let stand for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
- This will allow the Worcestershire sauce to soak thoroughly into the meat.
- Roll the mixture into balls approximately 1 1/2-inches round.
- Preheat a large frying pan (medium heat) with 2 to 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- Place meatballs into the heated pan and brown thoroughly.
- Remove from frying pan and
- repeat the process until the entire meat mixture is gone.
- Let stand in baking pan until the gravy has been made.
- Clean frying pan and prepare to make gravy.
