Delicious Meatballs And Brown Gravy

  1. Thoroughly mix all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and let stand for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. This will allow the Worcestershire sauce to soak thoroughly into the meat.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls approximately 1 1/2-inches round.
  4. Preheat a large frying pan (medium heat) with 2 to 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  5. Place meatballs into the heated pan and brown thoroughly.
  6. Remove from frying pan and
  7. repeat the process until the entire meat mixture is gone.
  8. Let stand in baking pan until the gravy has been made.
  9. Clean frying pan and prepare to make gravy.
