Cilantro Cocktail Sauce

• 1 12 cups ketchup or 1 12 cups chili sauce
• 13 chopped cilantro
• 3 scallions, chopped
• 1 12 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 1 12 tablespoons prepared white horseradish
• 3 drops hot pepper sauce

1. In a small bowl combine all ingredients.
2. Stir until well blended.
