Lobster In Lettuce Leaves Recipe
- 6 lobster tails
- Divide butter in half
- 1/2 teaspoon salt - paprica
- 1 c. melted butter
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- Lg. lettuce leaves
- Loosen meat from shell.
- Lay meat on lettuce leaves.
- Add in garlic - salt - 1/2 of butter.
- Cover with lettuce leaves.
- Bake at 400 degrees 15-20 min.
- Put back in shells.
- Pour remaining butter on tails.
