Two Tomato Pasta Salad

  1. Cook broccoli in boiling water for 2 or 3 minutes.
  2. Remove and drain.
  3. Cook pasta; drain.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet; saute garlic well.
  5. Toss in green onion and broccoli and saute for a couple of minutes more.
  6. Blend vinegar with the herbs, pepper and hot sauce.
  7. Gently toss with the broccoli mixture and pasta.
  8. Add tomatoes and cheese.
  9. Add salt.
  10. Remember the Parmesan is salty tasting.
