Creamy Queso Blanco Dip
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Queso Blanco VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup drained pickled jalapeno nacho slices, chopped
- Combine ingredients in microwaveable bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH 2 min.
- ; stir.
- Microwave additional 1 min.
- or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 sec.
