Luncheon Crabmeat On English Muffin Recipe

• 1 pound crabmeat
• 1/2 c. minced black olives
• 1/4 c. mayonnaise
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper sauce
• 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
• 1/3 c. parsley
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Toast and lightly butter 6 English muffins.
3. Spread Crab mix proportionately over toasted muffins.
4. Broil till cheese melts and becomes bubbly.
5. Serves 6.
