Julienne Vegetable Salad
- 2 small carrots, cut into matchstick strips
- 2 medium celery stalks, cut into matchstick strips
- 2 small zucchini, cut into matchstick strips
- 2 small red peppers, cut into matchstick strips
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup A.1. Original Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 4 Boston lettuce leaves
- Toss vegetables in large bowl.
- Combine sour cream, steak sauce and parsley.
- Pour over vegetables; toss to coat.
- Cover.
- Refrigerate at least 30 min.
- to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve on lettuce-covered salad plates.
