Kale Chips A La Burdowman

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees .
  2. Tear the leaves from the stems and break them into bite size pieces.
  3. Wash them well, spin dry, then place on a cookie sheet.
  4. Drizzle the Kale pieces with the best quality olive oil you can find (this really does make a difference), sprinkle sea salt on top.
  5. Rub the salt and oil into the Kale and then place in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Check at 8 or 9 minutes to prevent over cooking.
  7. If more is needed just double the recipe.
  8. These keep for a good while in an airtight container.
