Kale Chips A La Burdowman
- 5 cups kale
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 pinches finely ground sea salt
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees .
- Tear the leaves from the stems and break them into bite size pieces.
- Wash them well, spin dry, then place on a cookie sheet.
- Drizzle the Kale pieces with the best quality olive oil you can find (this really does make a difference), sprinkle sea salt on top.
- Rub the salt and oil into the Kale and then place in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Check at 8 or 9 minutes to prevent over cooking.
- If more is needed just double the recipe.
- These keep for a good while in an airtight container.
