Shrimp With Egg White In Chinese Wine Sauce

  1. blanch in boiling salted water kailan and wood ear fungus set aside
  2. mix egg white and cornstarch with shrimp with sauce and poached about 4 to 5 minute
  3. once cooked top with vegetables
