Pickled String Beans Recipe

• 1 pound fresh string beans, ended and cooked (reserve 1 c. of juice from
• cooking beans)
• 1 c. vinegar
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 2 tbsp. miced pickling spice
• Salt and pepper to taste

1. Combine all ingredients and place in covered dish.
2. Chill.
