Peppery Roast Beef Sandwich

  1. Mix sour cream, mustard and horseradish with wire whisk until well blended.
  2. For each serving: Spread cut sides of croissant with about 2 Tbsp.
  3. of the mustard mixture.
  4. Cover bottom half of croissant with 3 oz.
  5. beef, 3 Tbsp.
  6. watercress and 3 tomato slices; cover with top of croissant.
