Peppery Roast Beef Sandwich
- 3 cups sour cream
- 1 cup GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
- 24 each croissants or kaiser rolls, split
- roast beef, shaved
- 4-1/2 cups watercress
- 12 each large tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
- Mix sour cream, mustard and horseradish with wire whisk until well blended.
- For each serving: Spread cut sides of croissant with about 2 Tbsp.
- of the mustard mixture.
- Cover bottom half of croissant with 3 oz.
- beef, 3 Tbsp.
- watercress and 3 tomato slices; cover with top of croissant.
