Saucy Italian Chicken Skillet
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
- Cook chicken in hot oil in large covered skillet on medium-high heat 4 min.
- on each side or until each breast is evenly browned on both sides.
- Mix dressing, broth, onions and seasoning until blended; pour over chicken.
- Bring just to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min.
- or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
- Add broccoli and cheese; mix well.
- Cook 2 to 4 min.
- or until broccoli is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
