Cheesy Bacon Meatloaf
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 6 piece Crumbled Cooked Bacon (or more if youd like)
- 3 rings of an onion,diced
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese Crumbles
- 1/4 cup Milk (about)
- 1 Egg
- 2 dash Each: salt,pepper,onion powder,garlic powder (or to taste)
- 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 4 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp Honey Mustard
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Cook diced onions in buttered skillet until somewhat translucent.
- Mix all ingredients together except topping.
- Add your cooked diced onions.
- Place in small meatloaf dish or mold into a loaf shape.
- Combine all topping ingredients.
- Spread evenly on top of meatloaf.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour...Increase oven temp to 375,and bake for another 20 minutes or to your liking.
- Enjoy!
- We served with broccoli mac n cheese :)
