Chicken Casserole

  1. Boil chicken until tender with 1 medium onion, 2 sticks celery, salt and pepper; cool.
  2. Skin and debone chicken and cut into bite size pieces.
  3. Spread chicken in bottom of 11 x 13-inch baking dish.
  4. Crush Doritos and spread over chicken.
  5. Next, spread onions and olives and add to soup.
  6. Pour over casserole and bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
