No-Bake Energy Bites

  2. In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until well-combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes.

  5. Using your hands, roll the mixture into balls.
  6. Mine were about 1 to 1 1/2-inch in diameter.

  8. Place the bites into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
  9. Other add-in ideas: raisins nuts dried fruits shredded coconut
