Mango Salsa
- 1 Mango, Peeled And Diced
- 1 can (14 1/2 Oz. Size) Fire Roasted Tomatoes, Drained
- 13 cups Diced Red Onion
- 13 cups Diced Red Pepper
- 1 Jalapeno, Seeds And Veins Removed, Minced
- 1/2 Lime, Juiced
- 1/4 cups Chopped Cilantro
- Kosher Salt To Taste
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing thoroughly.
- Season to taste with salt.
