Gluten-Free Granola with Chia Seeds

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, add all dry ingredients (oats, almonds and seeds).
  3. In a small bowl, mix together maple, honey, oil and vanilla.
  4. Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. (Using your hands is easier.)
  6. Spread out on a baking sheet into a thin layer.
  7. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  8. Bake for 10 12 minutes, until light brown, stirring about half way to evenly toast the granola.
  9. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
