Slow Cooker Taco Chili
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 (15 ounce) canstomatoes diced tomatoes with green pepper and onion
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can whole kernel corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili beans (in chili gravy)
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope taco seasoning
- In a large skillet cook ground beef over medium-high heat and drain off fat.
- Combine, in your slow cooker, meat, undrained tomatoes, undrained beans, undrained corn and taco seasoning mix.
- Cover and cook on low setting for 4-6 hours or high setting for 2-3 hours.
