Great Ginger Dressing
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 large pitted dates
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plus 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- *This will keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
