Deep Fried Nagaimo
- 3 cm diameter 10 cm length Nagaimo yam
- 1 clove, grated (A) Garlic
- 1 clove, grated (A) Ginger
- 3 tbsp (A) Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp (A) Sesame oil
- 1 Frying oil
- 1 Katakuriko
- Peel the nagaimo skin and chop into 1 cm pieces.
- In a plastic bag or a bowl, add the (A) ingredients and the nagaimo from Step 1.
- Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Coat in katakuriko and fry in oil until golden brown, and they're done.
