Turkey With Salsa Mole Poblano

  1. Brown the turkey thighs in a bit of oil in a very heavy skillet.
  2. Place them in a kettle, barely covered with water.
  3. Bring to a boil, cover and turn down the heat, and simmer for 40 minutes. Turn off the heat, cover the pot and leave the turkey in the broth for another 45 minutes.
