Low Carb Salsa/Lime Chicken

  1. Slice chicken breast in half making 8 thin steaks.
  2. Brown chicken breasts in olive oil.
  3. Add garlic.
  4. Saute for about 2 minutes.
  5. Mix salsa, ranch dressing and lime juice together.
  6. Pour over chicken.
  7. Top with cheese.
  8. Lower heat to low/medium Cover and simmer until tender (About 15 minutes depending on altitude).
  9. That's it!
