Baked Crab Salad
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/4 c toasted or slivered almonds
- 2/3 c mayonnaise
- 1 sm. can stems & pieces mushrooms
- 1/2 c. green grapes
- 1 T. dried minced onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- few shakes Old Bay Seasoning
- few drops lemon juice
- Chinese noodles
- Mix crab with celery and almonds.
- Mix mayonnaise, minced onion, mushroom soup, Old Bay Seasoning, and lemon juice together and add to meat mixture.
- Cover the top with Chinese noodles and bake for 25 min in a 375 degree oven.
- It is important not to cook it too long because you just want to heat it, not to cook the celery.
- The variation of the celery and nuts in contrast to the smoothness of the other ingredients is important.
