Seafood Linguini Recipe

  1. Prepare linguini according to package directions.
  2. Heat oil on high heat.
  3. Add in garlic and onions, cook, stirring about 30 seconds.
  4. Add in tomatoes and basil; cook, stirring 1 minute.
  5. Add in seafood and cook, stirring till seafood is warm (shrimp - pink).
  6. Sprinkle with scallions, season with salt and pepper.
  7. Spoon over warm linguini.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
