40 Second Omelette Recipe
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. water
- marg
- ham, cheese & tomato
- Beat Large eggs & water together lightly with fork.
- Heat a little marg in a non-stick frypan & when warm add in egg mix.
- When mix starts to bubble, scrape it in towards the middle of the pan with spatula.
- When mix is cooked on the bottom but slightly wet on top, add in your filling down one side, close the omelette & slide onto place.
- Don t overcook.
- 40 seconds only.
