Herbed Macaroni And Cheese

  1. Cook macaroni; drain well.
  2. Place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole; set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  4. Stir in the flour and seasonings.
  5. Gradually add milk.
  6. Cook and stir until thickened.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Add sour cream, 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese and all of the Havarti.
  9. Stir until melted.
  10. Pour sauce over macaroni; mix well.
