Sausage & Potatoes Au Gratin Recipe

  1. Combine soup, lowfat milk, onions, green pepper, pimento, salt and pepper and meat; blend well.
  2. Place half of sliced potatoes in greased casserole.
  3. Sprinkle with half of soup mix.
  4. Repeat layers.
  5. Dot with butter, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  6. Remove and sprinkle with cheese and bake, uncovered, 15 min more or possibly till potatoes are tender.
  7. Sprinkle some of the cheese in between the layers, too.
