Layered Quinoa Salad
- 6 cups loosely packed torn romaine lettuce
- 8 oz. KRAFT Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, cut into cubes
- 1-1/2 cups cucumber slices
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 1 cup cooked quinoa, cooled
- 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
- Layer all ingredients except dressing in large glass bowl.
- Add dressing just before serving; toss lightly.
