Mid-Autumn Highball

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the Simple Syrup.
  2. Add ice and the Chartreuse and rum; shake well.
  3. Stir in the cider.
  4. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
  5. Garnish with the sprig.
