Thai Appetizers

  1. Place first 9 ingredients in food processor fitted with steel blade.
  2. Process for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
  3. Mix chicken mixture and peanut butter in bowl.
  4. Spread 1/4 teaspoon chutney on each wafer.
  5. Spoon or pipe 1 1/2 teaspoons peanut butter mixture onto each wafer.
  6. Sprinkle with coconut.
  7. Refrigerate until serving time.
