Seafood Casserole

  1. Saute onion in margarine until tender.
  2. Add flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook until bubbly.
  4. Gradually add half and half and milk, stirring constantly; cook over low heat until smooth and thickened.
  5. Remove from
  6. heat.
  7. Add remaining ingredients except 1/2 cup of cheese.
  8. Stir to blend.
  9. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish.
  10. Sprinkle with reserved cheese. Bake at 325u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  11. Serves 6 to 8.
