Crispy Pan-Fried Leftover Ramen Fritters
- 1 small bowl full Ramen noodles
- 5 tbsp Plain white flour
- 5 tbsp Ramen soup
- 2 1/2 tbsp Mentsuyu
- 2 1/2 tbsp Water
- 1 Sesame oil
- Combine flour and soup (if you don't have any, the mentsuyu and water) in a bowl and mix together.
- When they are well mixed, add the noodles.
- Spread sesame oil in a frying pan and pan fry the step 1 mixture.
- They'll be easy to eat if you divide it into 4 portions.
- Make the fritters as thin and flat as possible to make them cook to a crispy, delicious finish.
- Turn the fritters over to fry the other side, and serve.
- They are tasty topped with chopped leek or shredded nori seaweed.
