Crispy Pan-Fried Leftover Ramen Fritters

  1. Combine flour and soup (if you don't have any, the mentsuyu and water) in a bowl and mix together.
  2. When they are well mixed, add the noodles.
  3. Spread sesame oil in a frying pan and pan fry the step 1 mixture.
  4. They'll be easy to eat if you divide it into 4 portions.
  5. Make the fritters as thin and flat as possible to make them cook to a crispy, delicious finish.
  6. Turn the fritters over to fry the other side, and serve.
  7. They are tasty topped with chopped leek or shredded nori seaweed.
