Middle Eastern Five-Spice

  1. Using a coffee grinder or blender, grind the allspice, cloves, and peppercorns until fine.
  2. Transfer the ground spices to a small mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in the nutmeg and cinnamon.
  4. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place, such as a cupboard, for up to 4 months.
