Qahwa (Kashmiri Tea)

  1. Place water and tea leaves in a pan.
  2. Boil and strain.
  3. Put in the cardamom, cinnamon, shredded almonds and saffron.
  4. Heat.
  5. Pour into individual cups.
  6. Serve at once.
